Beautiful Hot Tubs Delivery Instructions

Our Hot Tubs are designed for outdoor use and can be used all year round. Installation is easy as there is NO PLUMBING REQUIRED.

A level drained surface is strongly recommended and connection to the required power supply if purchasing the electric heater bubble system or light is essential.

Please note the bubble system and light option can be added at a later date but is best installed when first assembling the hot tub.

BHT has a strong commitment to service so we will be on hand or on the phone, whether you choose to build the Tub yourself or you ask us.

Delivery Access; when deciding on your spa you should acquaint yourself with the full dimensions of the spa you wish to purchase. You should also ensure that before the date of delivery there is sufficient clearance for the Hot Tub packages normally at least 7 boxes. If the tub is not intended to be built the day of delivery we recommend all the boxes and contents are kept dry, Green Venture Ltd are unable to replace any wet or damp parts.

Electrical & Water Requirements; It is recommended that all Hot Tubs requiring electricity be permanently connected (hard wired) to the power supply by means of A Single-phase 240 volt power supply with 30ma R.C.D. (E.L.C.B) fitted at the main fuse board. There will need to be an isolator sited a minimum of 2 metres from the water and a cable run to the back of the Hot Tub with a 4 metre tail. N.B If purchased with the Hot Tub our installers will only be responsible for the connection of this tail to the Hot Tub control panel.

We insist that ALL work be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with IEE regulations.

Water Requirements Filling: A garden hose is needed, preferably attached to the rising main. We recommend that water be run for a short period before filling to ensure that no dirt from the hose is carried into the spa.

Emptying: A garden hose pushed onto a spigot is used and run to a drain.

Chemicals A chemical starter pack can be ordered with your Hot tub and a full instruction can be obtained by us if required on the safe usage of chemicals. Future chemicals can be purchased from our site or by mail order.

Providing a Suitable Foundation Wherever you decide to install your spa, it is essential that a solid foundation be provided. Please note that due to the gross weight of a spa a grass surface is unsuitable. It is the responsibility of the owner to provide a suitable base that is both flat and level to prevent distortion from occurring. Any structural damage caused by improper installation on an inadequate foundation is not covered in our warranty.

Outdoors: We recommend that your spa is placed on a concrete base a minimum of 10cm thick. If you place your spa on a patio or on wooden decking it is important to make sure that your structure can support the weight of the spa filled with water and people.

Free Delivery: Our Free Delivery Guarantee refers to deliveries within mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales) Deliveries to Northern Ireland. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands as well as some areas of the Scottish Highlands may incur an extra delivery charge. Please contact us for more information on these delivery charges.

Delivery for gift or for another address when you order, the option to specify a separate delivery and billing address will be available. We give you the option to delivery to your own address or someone else's for convenience or maybe a gift!

Instructions all packages are delivered with full English instruction as well as a phone support from BHT.

Delivery time estimated delivery times are shown on the individual product pages. Once your order is placed we send out a confirmation email which contains your order reference number and estimated delivery time. In most cases, you will be contacted prior to that time in regards to delivery. We endeavour to deliver within 28 days. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer delivery period or do not contact us to confirm otherwise. webmaster@beautifulhottubs.com
