All about the Electric Heater & Filtration System

These Hot Tubs can also be heated
by an electric heater either solely
or in conjunction with the Wood or
Propane heaters.

With the electric heater the tub will
always maintain its set temperature,
whereas with the propane/wood
heaters the water would need to be
brought back up to temperature as
required.

Its also possible to have both electric
heater and either Propane or Wood
heater.

This setup would allow the water to be brought up to temperature very
fast with the wood or propane heater and then switched to the electric
heater to maintain that temperature.

Note the expensive part of owning a hot tub is the cost of heating the
water from cold to hot.

This is where the wood/propane heater would save on your bills.

The filtration system saves water and heating costs. In combination with the thermostatically controlled electric heater, the water always maintains the optimal temperature. This is an easy way to have clean warm water whenever you need it.

PIPE SYSTEM
The filtration pipe system must be connected differently, depending on whether a heater is connected to your Hot Tub or not. These pictures illustrate the differences. The pictures of the base also illustrate where the part of our bubble system is connected.

For wood burning or propane heaters the connection is made according to the left image. Without a heater, the connection is made according to the right image.

Note! An extra pipe must be added on the pressure side of the filtration system if a heater is connected to the Hot Tub.
